The Mentor's Eye is a coach development space for mentor coaches who want to see more clearly, name more precisely, and support coaching growth with care and depth. It helps mentor coaches develop the ear, the eye, and the presence needed to offer feedback that helps coaches grow.

Part of The Mentor's Eye practice space. Coaches can coach AI clients, speak or type, hear the client respond, and receive supportive mentor-style feedback after the session. For coaches who want more reps, more reflection, and more confidence between live coaching sessions.
