Mentor coaching grew out of my commitment to becoming a better coach. The more deeply I focused on my own craft, the more I found myself alongside other coaches, listening for what was working, what was getting in the way, and what they wanted to strengthen in their practice.

Along the way, I discovered that one of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping coaches hear themselves more clearly, trust their clients more fully, and grow into the level of practice they are working toward.

That is the work I love.

Today, I support leaders, coaches, and organizations through executive coaching, mentor coaching, coach supervision, and coach development programs.

My style is steady, direct, reflective, and honest. I care deeply about professional standards, and I care just as much about the person behind the work.
